@Jennyjk30 As a test, please try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, if it launches, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just let me know whether you can get far enough to start a new save and play in live mode for a bit.
If the game still won't open, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

Thank you so much for your help! I did what you said and it was trying to load, the blue first page that loads at first just kept going and going. I attached the report that you recommended, please let me know if you have any ideas.
Gratefully,
Jenny

Hello @Jennyjk30
There was a possible server fix made recently. Can you try again?
- 2 years ago@TheSimsDirect I did the correct today. I went and enabled my custom mods when they were unselected from the fix and that is when it didn't work. I deleted any new mods I added from TSR today just in case that was the issue but it didn't help.

Okay so I tried again and was able to open and play a new game. I do play with mods btw if that matters on my old saved games.
Thanks,
Jenny
