Items in game disappearing/Crashes

I have a bug that makes items disappear in the game when my sims/townies try to use them. (Food,Cabniets, Bikes, Art/statues) In my shops/Appartment. I havent worked on it for some time but im sure the bug is still there. I had someone on a forum look into the file and determined the sims itself might be corrupted. I did try moving folders and all the trouble shooting i could myself through discord and here. Is there anyway possibly stop this from happening?

• At which point does your game crash ?
• Does this cause endless loading or long loading times ?
• What issues do you have in the household manager ?
• What error codes are you getting ?
• By moving folders you mean you renamed your user folder and tested on a new one ?

When we worked on it 3 months ago i believe you said to start a forum reporting a bug. i wasnt sure if i was on the right forum. i posted a reference to the last convo i had. i still have that same bug in my game, it never got removed

I redirected you to the mod forum. Did you not get any help there ? 

This forum is for issues without mods/cc only. 

You choose so many tags that seem unrelated to your issue hence my questions.

Does this happen in this setup?

1. Make a new user folder:

2. Run a Game Repair
3. Test in a new save

If so, are you on PC or Mac?

i've done those

2. Pc. It does it with and without mod folder in the game. or just starts to crash

ChrissyJayy​  To be clear, this happens in a new save with no mods or custom content present?  If so, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

yeah thats what happens, I created a new folder as told on the forum (discord) when all this had happened. They determined which household(s) was causing the issue and even after id taken out all my cc and mods the game started crashing after that. So they said it was definitely a bug issue in game that they couldnt help with. And gave me a link to this forum to contact someone about helping removing it before i tried to play again. Ive repaired my game several times, ive deleted all my mods and cc now but id like to start re-adding them again. Im sure the bug is still in my game though because i havent been able to get it removed since april

ChrissyJayy​  There's nothing particularly concerning in your dxdiag.  But that's not a surprise if the problem is contained to one or a few households.  As a test, please save one of these households to your in-game library and see whether they have the same issue.  Place them in a default EA-made house, nothing from your library or the Gallery.

Save their home lot separately, and test that with fresh sims, not from your library or the Gallery.
