Dine Out - waiting whole day for food to get delivered

All the times I have tried to get food from the restaurant, my sims have been waiting the WHOLE day for it to be delivered. Any way to fix this? it's a joke, spending money on something that isn't wor...

no doesnt look like it gets cooked, others get their food. and the waiter does deliver my order to the chef

Are you using any mods at all ?

Could you try a new save for testing purposes ?
