Game played fine before the patch in July. Did 50/50 method, removed all mods still crashed, renamed sims 4 folder, repaired my game and lastly did a uninstall and reinstall. Need some guidance on how to fix the problem please as this is very frustrating.
tracyajl The dxdiag process crashed while running, so the file is missing some info. But based on your laptop's processor, I have two suggestions. The first is to try playing in windowed mode. The second is to remove and reapply the settings this other user (with the same CPU) listed:

If neither helps, please look for new errors in the Reliability Monitor. Click Windows key-R and enter "perfmon /rel" without quotes, and you'll see a chart of errors and updates with a column for each day. Today is on the right.
Look for an error that happened at exactly the time of your most recent Sims 4 crash. If you find one, double-click it to see more details, then copy that info and paste it into a reply here. If you don't see a new error, check back in an hour or so—the Reliability Monitor doesn't always update right away.
