My 2 cents. My game works much worse with DX11 than with DX9, the graphic card loading is about 100% while it's about 50% with DX9, I have 2080Super.
But there is one more significant thing I'm worrying about.
With the DX9 the game supports painting recolors and overrides that use non-standard texture resolutions, i.e. 768, 1280, 1536 and so on, they works just fine and can be used to increase paintings quality in case the original texture size gives too low one and the doubled one is too much for the current painting object size.
So, with the DX11 all those non-standard texture resolutions don't work and this causes a lot of them to be broken, they either show "?" instead of the painting object texture or the object is just missing (invisible) when you try to place it. Please, can this be fixed? I have a lot of such paintings CC and this "bug" really ruins my game.
