My game wont start...

Malky29184  Can you launch Sims 4 from within the EA App game library?  Please try it if you haven't already, and let me know what happens.

When you say you can't uninstall the game, what do you mean?  If you get an error message, please post a screenshot, and either way, let me know how you're trying to uninstall and what happens instead.

Yes I allways start the game from the library in the EAapp. Like I said, what happens is I get a message that said I have to have the EAapp to play the game..

Malky29184  Please do a clean uninstall and reinstall of Sims 4 and the EA App, as described in the accepted solution of this thread:

I allready uninstalled the EAapp once and reinstallted it. But I can try again. I  cant uninstall The Sims 4.

Malky29184  Even if you can't uninstall Sims 4 through the EA App or through the Windows Control Panel, you should be able to remove it with Revo Uninstaller, as described in the post I linked.

I belive you know there are two different places where The sims 4 is located right? In the "documnet"-folder and on the harddrive under the "program"-folder right? I checked both and in the programfolder, furhter in to it in the "installer" folder I found something called "cleanup" and "touchup". I tried to click on these two but the game still will not start? What other folder can I go inside and find something that can make the game start? Can I do something in the gamefolder under the documnents?

Malky29184  The Sims 4 folder in Documents > Electronic Arts contains user data: saves, saved households and builds, mods and custom content, etc.  You don't need to delete this folder, but it would be best to move or rename it when testing the game, at least until it's working again.  And when uninstalling with Revo, please do rename the folder so Revo doesn't flag it for deletion.

Please just uninstall with Revo, and reinstall as described; don't bother with the files inside __Installer.

Where should I put the The sims 4 folder when I replace it? 

Malky29184  It doesn't matter where you put it as long as it's not still in Documents > Electronic Arts.  Or you can leave it there but rename it; this will have the same effect.

I tried to replace it and put it on the desktop but that didnt work.. What can I do more?
