How often does the bug occur? Every time with the DX11 command active
What is your current game version number? I just updated to the latest version, but this is what I get when I open the game version file: "⸱〱⸷ㄱ⸲〱〳" ... not sure what that means???? That's new.
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? For Rent, High School, Cottage Living, Cats & Dogs, Seasons, City Living, GTW, Island Living, University, Snowy Escape, Wedding Stories, Outdoor Retreat, Laundry Day, Backyard Stuff, My First Pet Stuff, Perfect Patio, Movie Hangout, Spooky Stuff, Nifty Knitting
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Launch the game and try to load any household
What happens when the bug occurs? The game launches okay and gets to the main screen, but wont load any households. If I hit "resume" for the previous played household, I get stuck on the plumbob loading screen for at least 15 minutes until I end up having to restart my PC because I suddenly can't switch between windows or force close the game. If I hit "load game", it takes twice as long as usual to load the map but at least gets there. But once I choose a household, I'm once again stuck on the loading screen forever. I tried disabling the DX11 command and launched the game again and everything loaded immediately, so that's obviously what's causing the issue ☹️
What do you expect to see? My households to load properly in DX11
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes.... quite a bit lol.
This was my experience. I could not load a household with dx11 enabled and got stuck on everlasting plumbob until I force quit. I do play with mods, but don’t have the time right now to remove them and test without. I disabled dx11 for now, and things load just fine. I just wanted to reinforce ashleyrosey05’s experience.

Hi, if you're referring to me I'm going back to DX9 until it's fixed. I mostly do building at the moment anyway, and the save I was actively playing had a sim in the Dream Home Decorator career and that's borked too at the moment!
