What happens when the bug occurs? I can't read what I/others wrote about our wonderful gallery creations.

Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Happens with or without mods enabled, only happens on DX11 variant. DX9 doesn't seem to be impacted.
I included a screenshot of the public listing and the actual tray item modifiable file. DxDiag included for good measure.
I wanted to follow up on this one, I went through the game UI and found this problem to be fairly pervasive beyond just the gallery. You can find it in the character description menu (where you find fame, milestones etc), as well as the build/buy catalog. It really is quite varied as well, there's no clear pattern to when or if it will truncate.
