How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.107.112.1030 dx11
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Pay'ed for all of them, yes I do own them all.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The freezeing happens some times. But still to much as it gets me in an instant sad mood, because I don't want my laptop to crash. The other is when you zoom in or out of a home then the fps will lag. It is aslo very slow while it snows and it aslo goes all way down too 8 or 5 fps some times. But it's a GPU thing whit dx11.
What happens when the bug occurs? It become unresponsive and you will have to wait. But that is whit directx 11.
What do you expect to see? That we can test dx12 aslo so we don't have all this going on and on.

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The dx11 change and update.
That they swiftly make up there mind and will support dx12 as fast as posible, because windows is going to end the support for windows 10 by october, 14 2025.
And aslo let it be in windows 11 as it's OS.
It do already run perfectly in this.
This aslo happens whit dx11 the CPU and GPU will be come hot. And it takes alot of core proseesing from my laptop. And many more of us.
But the dx11 is old too so why would they not change it. (Again!!)
And whats more is whit the windows 10 and all in all, it will become unsupported and this whit dx11 too. As dx11 will slowly wane and performance might not be there for the majority as we use windows 11.
And there is more problems whit it on a long list of games too.

I have the exact same thing!
The FPS drastically drops when I zoom in and out while playing with the DX11 option.
The game is overall a little bit smoother but with higher drops of FPS compared to before.
Also they do need to embrace the use of DX12 so our laptops can better recognize the CPU and stopping the overcharge of our GPU.
I'm noticing wild fps drops and worse with the dx11 preview where zooming out into the map slows down the camera movement so bad and it shouldn't be considering my specs! Attached is a dxdiag file of my pc. Wildddd
