The Sims TeamI tried verifying files and install (all checked out). I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, nothing worked. I tried again using the -dx11 AND -dx9 (at different times) and still nothing. Even went as far to restart PC twice, check drivers for updates, and what DX version I can run (I can run 9, 11, and 12). Unfortunately for me I can't even get into the game, and there is no error message or crash report showing up either (I checked in my files as well). When I press play on steam, EA will launch, the game opens for a split second and then immediately closes once "The Sims 4" pops up. I can't even get to the main menu to try to enable dx9. I'm at a loss for what to do now.
