DirectX 11 Technical Issues and Feedback Thread

Hi.  Sims 4 player here.  Since the update a few days ago, I noticed that I cannot use crtl/esc to minimize the game.  I also noticed that even when I clicked to take the survey, receiving the redirection message, that it didn't minimize the game to go the survey.  I had to actually exit the game to get to the survey.  Is this just a temporary glitch others have noticed as well?  It is frustrating to be unable to minimize the game to check on other items on my pc, like a cheat sheet, without being required to exit the game.
