DirectX 11 Technical Issues and Feedback Thread

@EA_Cade Hello there. While using Directx11, the game doesn't let users to tab out. Switching to "Windowed Fullscreen" mode is a workaround, but it comes with its own issues such as the task bar poking out and becoming impossible to get rid of from time to time.

I believe this was reported as a common issue, why hasn't it been solved before making Dx11 default? I am eagerly waiting for you guys to make it possible to tab out while playing in FULLSCREEN mode, while using Dx11.
