What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cottage Living, City Living, Seasons (disabled intentionally in startup options), Get to Work, Dine Out, Get Together, Growing Together Parenthood, Spa Day, Outdoor Retreat, Romantic Garden
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start game and load a save. Play for a few minutes. Hit alt-TAB and select a window. Notice that control doesn't switch to the window you chose; instead, it stays with Sims 4.
What happens when the bug occurs? Alt-TAB does not, as I would expect, switch control to another window. Instead, it lets me select a window, then does nothing.
What do you expect to see? See above.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Clicking on links in the main menu page also doesn't work.
