Direxct X11 now run WAY smoother that direct x9, thanks to last last patch (before it was the opposite)

The only problem is that, every single menu in the game is stuttering, even with no mods (it was the case before not because of the last patch). 

I have a ryzen 5600x, rtx 3070, 32 gb of ram, 1440P display, 1 tb nvme.
