Game crashed when trying to leave Sixam

Question

My sims went to Sixam through the rocket but when I tried to return home using the portal / home button at the sims character on bottom left / manage world to try playing another sims, my game crashed and the game exits itself. When restarting, some of the items that I got in Sixam are not saved. My game is updated and I have also tried to repair it but it still does not work. Now I'm not able to leave Sixam at all.

Processor AMD Ryzen 7 4800H with Radeon Graphics (2.90 GHz)
Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.4 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

SayBooooo​&nbsp; Please try reverting to a save before your sim went to Sixam, and see whether you can load the lot you'd be returning to when leaving Sixam.&nbsp; The question is whether there's now a problem with the lot, and the game can't load it and crashes.&nbsp; Here's how to load a backup save:
