The exact same thing happend to me after downloading the game.. Tried repair and reinstall, but same problem happens again. It happens in the university world and all the other worlds. It just gets stuck but I can hear the game playing on. 

I have the game in Norwegian.

    @raggen97 Also on mac or PC ?

    All dorms or only certain ones ?

    I personally didn't have any issues.

      I have a macbook pro retina. 

      It happens on all lots after a while.

        @raggen97 With just one family or also if you switch families or try a different save ?
