Display Issues: Green Lines/Screen & White Cross

Hi everyone, 

I started getting an issue in game after the latest update where there's a green screen/outline, and a white cross (centred on the mouse) every time I  left click in game.

I've tried everything from repairing the game, turning off mods, trawling through game, monitor and NVIDIA settings but I can't make this go away.

Has anyone else had this issue or know how I could resolve it without losing any data?

    hey! I had a problem similar to this and it was related to me using shaders. If you're using any, try scrolling down the settings menu and messing with them (turning them on and off) until it's fixed. This is only for shaders though, the issue might occur with other things

    Oh that's a great idea - I am using shaders! I'll have a flick through them - can you remember which shader caused the problem for you?

    based on my old files, "ceru_pluto" but I don't think it's exclusive to different shaders unless you're using a separate app to launch them = different settings layout. hope it gets solved (:
