Tothe3nd This is a crash of the Desktop Window Manager, and that typically points to a graphics driver issue. But you've already removed and reinstalled the driver, and tried a different GPU entirely, so the repair install is still the next-best step. If it doesn't work, please DDU the driver again, as mentioned, and then if you can, test both GPUs.
If that doesn't help, or you'd rather not donate your 2070 right now, can you test with a different monitor and cable? I wouldn't normally expect a problem with either one to produce this particular error, but they are both part of the overall graphics pipeline, and it's easy enough to hook up another monitor.
