@sfm09 Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?

- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
- Attach the Text File to your post

Also would you mind sending me your save with instructions which households you have issues with ?

      @crinrict I read through how to clean and reinstall the drivers, but I'm not sure about 16.

      Choose “Safe Mode (Recommended)” from the drop-down menu > Click on “Reboot to Safe Mode.
      (as you can see, you will now need your Windows User Account Password, the PIN is not enough).

      What are they referring to here? I don't use a password or pin to access my computer.

        @sfm09 

        It means that you would need the password to unlock the system if you have set one.

        In Windows10 you can set a system pin above the password so you can unlock the system with a relatively easy and fast to be entered pin.

        But that pin is not working in save mode.

        If you don't have a password set you don't have to worry about that, the system will be unlocked as soon as you boot into save mode.

      @crinrict I've tested the game for about 12 hours and I haven't encountered the issue again since applying your suggestion. I'd like to think it has been solved (hopefully! crosses fingers) but I'll keep monitoring. Thanks for all your help!
