Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

I downloaded two gamepacks in the spring when there was a sale. Everything worked fine. I haven't played since May and I don't remember if I fully uninstalled the game or not, but when I went to download those packs, they weren't in my Manage Add ons. The GP Files are in my Sims 4 folder though. I've repaired my game, cleared EA cache, taken the GP folders out and back in, log in and out of the EA App...I don't know what else to do. I refuse to pay for them a second time when I clearly bought them. 

The packs aren't in a DEMO folder and I don't have Sims 4 through steam. In the _Installer - DLCfolder it has the packs in there. I don't know what to do. Please help.
