DLC not appearing - sims 4 laundy day

Hi there, I purchased 2 dlc content items for the sims 4 Both of the codes were found redeemed without issues. However only one of the items appears as an add on and available for download. The on...

    For purchases from 3rd party retailers, you'd need to contact the retailer directly for any issues- please also read over the post here for more information on 3rd party purchases.

    Thank you for this information. However I am still confused as the key was accepted by ea as a recognised product and when loading the game, the game recognises it as owned but not downloaded. I've never had concerns with the other content inputted this way. Effectively the application is not recognising it yet it has accepted and taken the code.
