played it once for a few hours now it opens and i cant move the mouse , its completely froze. only way to close the game is to press the windows key and then close the window and then touch screen exit game.
pls help. im not good at computers. can someone direct me how to fix. i need this game back in my life.

If that doesn't help, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
