I'm not seeing that you've ever had those specific DLCs attached to this account, it sounds to me like you have potentially 2 accounts that need merging together.
If you can reach out to us at Help.EA.com, an advisor should be able to find these accounts and resolve this for you pretty quickly.
do you have a direct link? Ive already spent several hours in a link loop trying to solve this myself/contact support before posting, and I'm currently quite frustrated with the inefficiency of the existing help site's contact options. Ive only got the one account, though it did recently make me validate my email again so perhaps that is the issue.
