Game failed to launch erroe

I cannot load into my legacy save due to “to game not launching. I was getting an exception error bc of a mods before this but I took out and deleted all my mods and am still getting the error. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the game, cleared my cache and repaired my game a few times and nothing worked
