DLC PURCHASE
I bought the main game and many dlc - packs on steam and I'm still buying them, but the discounts on the epic account are sometimes given as a gift due to the system difference in my country, sometimes dlcs are given as a gift through the epic and I bought another dlc on epic yesterday, when I enter the game, it says that you already have this package and allows me to use certain items in the game but does not open the dlcs maps or story in the game, both my epic and steam account are connected to my ea account, so do I have to buy those dlcs from steam once to play again?
@kizil_devill For Jungle Adventure, Selvadorada is a vacation world. You'll need to tell your sims to travel there; you can't just move in new sims.
For Werewolves, you should be able to install the pack through the EA App rather than Steam. Let me know if this doesn't work. It used to be that in order to use Epic-bought content, you'd need to launch the game once through Epic, and then the content would appear in the EA App game library. But I don't know whether that's true anymore.
