DLC will not show up in my game

Hi sorry for replying here but I don't know how to use this, my dlc says its installed and owned but when I go in the game nothing shows up and when i hover over the dlc it says I have to restart to use it. I've tried to repair the game, I've reinstalled. I never actually downloaded the dlcs manually and even when i reinstalled there wasn't an option to install the dlcs or anything.

@TinyMole3  Please list the pack(s) you're missing.  Please also run searches for your missing packs or packs.  Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter the folder name for one of the missing packs in the search field in the upper-right corner.  This is the full list of packs:

For example, if you're looking for Seasons, you'd search for EP05 .  Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result.  If it's not, expand the window sideways as necessary.  Take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S and attach it to a reply here.  Then repeat for one or two more packs, if you're missing more than one.

The two packs I'm missing are cats and dogs and the realm of magic.

@TinyMole3  You opened the EP04 and GP08 folders, which is not what I was looking for and obscures the important information.  Please run the searches again, and just take screenshots of the results themselves.  For example:

@TinyMole3  It looks like you've installed Sims 4 through both Steam and the EA App.  I'm guessing you're playing through the EA App now because the Steam version is missing a folder that the most recent patch would have added.  Realm of Magic is definitely installed into the Steam version and not the EA version; the same may be true for Cats & Dogs.

The first step here is to pick one version, Steam or EA, and uninstall the other one.  If you own RoM or C&D through Steam, you'll need to play through Steam in order to access the packs.  If you own them through the EA App, you can choose either one.

If you want to play through Steam, just uninstall the EA App version and launch the game through Steam; you don't need to do anything else.  If you want to play through the EA App, once you've uninstalled the Steam version, clear the App's cache:

then download your missing packs again.
