DLC's disappear and reappear randomly

I have the cottage living pack active and downloaded on my PC, but every once in a while, when I log in, it shows that that pack isn't active and won't let me load any games that require that pack (which is all of them at this point). I've restarted the game multiple times and repaired it. I even removed all my mods, and nothing has worked.  It's getting really frustrating to try to play a game and not be able to get into it because it's saying it's not a downloaded pack, even though it works every now and again.

    Hey Imprinted123​,

    When the pack isn't active, were you able to reactivate it by going to Marketplace > My Collections > Pack Selection, selecting Cottage Living, and clicking 'Confirm'? 

    If not, it might be worth clearing the EA App's cache, repairing the game again, and restarting your device. And giving the troubleshooting steps here a try: Sims 4 DLC shows as installed, won't load in-game.
