Notice that if the Macbook you are currently on supports Metal you can change to use the standard version. You can getr help with that in the Sims 4 Mac forum.

I just did that earlier... They deleted sims 4 legacy on my origin.. but when i tried playing the game still the same so i have to uninstall it and install it again Damn! 😂 thank u soo much for all ur help guys appreciate it ❤️❤️

@hockeytasha17 Does your computer run Windows or macOS? Does it support the standard version of Sims 4? If you're not sure, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post (Windows):

it is a macOS High Sierra
version 10.13.6
Mac mini ( mid 2011 )
Processor~2.3 GHz Intel Core i5
Memory~8 GB 1333 MHz DDR3
Graphics~Intel HD Graphics 3000 512 MB

@hockeytasha17 I'm sorry, but your Mac doesn't support Metal, and therefore it doesn't support the standard version of Sims 4 either. You'll need to run the Legacy Edition instead.
If you bought Tiny Living or Discover University, you can request a refund from EA, since your computer can't run either pack. Be sure to go through customer support.
