Downloading expansion pack (Cats and Dogs)

    Hi Jgcy3107​ 

    Was your pack originally purchased through Steam? It sounds like you may have the wrong Steam account linked with your EA account- you'd need to be sure the Steam account that your DLC was originally purchased on is linked up to your EA account. 

    This isn't something we'd be able to verify with you over the forums, but you can contact the live support team so they can investigate this further with you by submitting a help request here.
