Changkra Are your packs loading in-game? If not, do they show as owned and installed in the EA App, under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons?
If the packs are owned and installed but not loading, please make sure they're enabled in Marketplace > My Collection. If that's not the issue, please see this guide:
