Downloading The Sims 4 Growing Together removed Digital Deluxe Upgrade content

yea it happened to me also sims please fix this i have the code I redeemed it won't let me download it just says purchase please fix this please my user is pugpandaking if u need to know please i rely want to play this or help me fix it or can I have new code pls I understand this new, so it has bugs but please fix this thank u.

@littleme123  Have you checked in-game to see whether you own the content?  The Digital Deluxe upgrade includes the Up All Night and Life of the Party content; you can find lists of included items here:

thanks for trying to help. It has actually removed the content from my game and keeps telling me this when I go into build/buy mode in my game that content has been deleted because I don't own it anymore. I definitely have had this since the beginning as I bought the deluxe version so its only since I downloaded the Growing Together Pack that it seems to have happened. 

The EA help team suggested that there is a bug because they tried a lot of different things on my account and it ended up deleting my game so nothing helped!

I hasn't affected the gameplay so I can still play just minus those the Up All Night and Life of the Party content.

@littleme123  There's a known issue with the Items Removed message appearing when it probably shouldn't:

So please double-check that the items really are gone from your game.
