downlond new Clothes and Hair an things like that for the sims 4

i  would like new clothes and hair and more for my  sims 4 and iv seen everyone doing it it would be nice if someone could help me so i can do the some too x

CAS = Create a Sim.

I'm sorry. But I do not understand your issue. I hope someone else can help you further with this.

I downloaded custom hair styles and it's a package file.  Where do I put this file so that it shows up in CAS when I go in the game?  In other words, what Sims 4 folder location on my pc?  Thanks!
