Repeated Boot-Loop+ Packs held hostage

Hi. Ever since the update, everytime I would try to run the game, the window would open and appear to load, but then it would boot me out of the window, back to my desktop. The window is still there. But when I click back in on it, it boots me out to the desktop again. When the game does this, it will not even let me close out the window to restart it, so I have to shut off my whole pc or restart it just to get it to stop.

I assumed this was because the game was on two launchers (both Steam and EA), so I removed it from Steam. But now it will not let me access my packs... I did not purchase my packs through Steam, but I used the website itself. I am beginning to lose my patience.
