Dual Monitor Problem With Sims 4 After Upgrading to Windows 10

Before upgrading to Windows 10, while playing Sims 4 I could easily switch from single monitor mode (on pc) to dual monitor mode (pc+tv) while playing in game with no problems involving video or soun...

I tried the thing the guy said about changing the resolution in the game files and that didn't work so instead I changed fullscreen to 0 and windowedfullscreen to 1, the game started up perfectly. Hope this works for you.
