    @kappkappkapp No, I tried your save. You can delete them in CAS.

    You need to click on the little arrow to make the others show. Then on the x to delete

Thanks for the reply. I chose only 1 outfit for each category in CAS. The duplicate outfits could only be seen in change outfit option while clicking the sims.

@kappkappkapp No, I tried your save. You can delete them in CAS.

    @crinrict Awesome. So helpful. I didn't realize I need to click the arrow to open the tap so I thought the duplicate outfit didn't exist there. Thank you very much. I have deleted the duplicate outfits already.
