Add ons crashing

Hi i bought an add on collection a few years ago from spain and i did not use it untill around Jan 2026, I redeemed the code and it was working perfectly for me and i had vampire sims but i just opened EA app today after a while and i cant see any add ons anywhere and when i launched the sims 4 my vampire sims were gone and i tried to redeem the code again but it gave me an error saying that the code has already been redeemed . I checked the add ons i had on here but it tells me that i have to purchase it again. can you help me get my add ons back? thanks Email: [edit: email address removed]
