EA and Sims 4
I'm not so tech savvy. I'm not sure if I need to upgrade my computer or power supply. Here's what's going on when I play Sims 4 and the game shuts down.

Penny6Sims Sorry for the late reply; it looks like your post was moved to this forum after the fact, and I didn't see it until now.
Anyway, if you'd still like help, please let me know whether your entire computer shuts down, or only the game. Please also provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
