My steam packs and Ea packs are not linking anymore. I used to be able to play on ea with both steam and ea packs, ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling. when i only had ea sims installed it was showing all ea packs and then when i reinstalled on steam and opened on ea it was only giving me my steam packs, i then tried running on steam and it was only steam packs again, i have no clue what to do
Lucasjp0 I've merged your post into the master thread for this problem. If you've installed copies of the game through both apps at the same time, that's the issue. To play your Steam-owned content, you need to install through Steam. But when there's an EA App copy of the game present, the App will install the packs you own there into the App version of Sims 4, not the Steam version.
The point is that you need to uninstall the game through the EA App, and install only through Steam. Then you can download the packs you own in the EA App, but not a second copy of the base game. Everything should work together.
