EA App can't disable packs
I cant play with all the packs i own. Cottage Living and Highschool years mess up my Calendar,
and Sunday Starlight Accolades vanish.
So i disabled them in Origins. But now with EA-app the command to
disble packs wont work anymore.
I was very patient with EA bringing out packs and updates that are bugged.
I just disabled the latest and play in peace, but now i am forced to use
a tool which is not as able as origins.
I spent a LOT of money for the sims, and now i cant even play
anymore, isnt EA expecting too much? I am so upset

You can in fact disable packs within the EA App:

However, you need to launch Sims 4 directly from the App, not from your desktop shortcut. If this doesn't work, if you are in fact pressing the Play button on the Sims 4's info page (not from a shortcut and not from Installed Games on the left of the screen) and your packs are still loading, please let me know.
