Accidentally turned cloud on, deleted all my progress

About 2 months ago I turned off my cloud saves (tired of getting the notif) and didn't think much of it. Played about 100 hours since and today I turned it back on as I was having trouble with another game and was just testing stuff out. When i opened the sims, the cloud had overriden my entire game, as in i was set back a 100 hours. I still have my screenshots and videos from my past save in my files. Is there a way to get my save back or is it truly gone? There probably isn't but just in case I would really like to know because im about to never touch this **bleep** game again otherwise....
