It won't let me download some sims packs because i don't own them, but i do

I've checked my bank account and EA Order History and it says status processing, but It's paid. I bought it February 17th and i still can't download it and it still says status processing on EA Order History. I bought 2 more today and they went through, i don't now what to do, its 7 packs and it wont let me download them.
