Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

I purchased a few packs back in 2018 on Amazon. The purchase reciepts are still there. I have never used another log in with EA ever since they first came online. I have repaired the game and app several times. When I try to follow EA instructions to click the 3 dots over the game it does not show manage add-ons. I try to type in the code from Amazon and of course it tells me it was already redeemed. I linked the Amazon account hoping that would do something but to no avail.
