It sounds like the live support team will need to manually re-add the base game to your account- here on the forums we aren't able to look into this as we don't have access to your account details.
Please reach out to live support from the help site here so they can look into this further, I'd also recommend attaching this forums conversation when you reach out so the team has additional info to reference.
