Every game I try to play crashes after several minutes
Sims 4 crashes within minutes after going into the game, have to complete restart my laptop same with mass effect legendary edition, my laptop is relatively new with only owning it for several months it’s Acer predator helios neo 16 rtx4070. tried every troubleshooting that I could possibly find with even doing a clean reinstall of my laptop and even downloading a roll back of nvidia drivers to see if it’s the driver but nothing helped as it happens with every game on every platform. Took the laptop in to get repaired but they just said oh it’s probably a software issue as so far they found nothing even though they noticed that I encounter gpu error crashing on games. do you think it’s software or hardware issue? It’s a new laptop and it’s becoming increasingly frustrating. please help.Unable to Start: The game Has run out of memory windows 11
Just installed Sims 4 for the first time today and I have a decent computer with enough RAM to load the game, it can run fortnite / gta and other demanding games comfortably but Sims 4 will not download. I've reinstalled it, updated drivers, reinstalled on other platforms and it still loads this error everytime. I've attached my DxDiag for relevancy, can anyone help?
Sims is totally bugged
My characters do not follow through with actions, cancelling them as I try to initiate them. As well, when I open the Sims 4 application, it asks me to delete 700 items off my pc. As for the character tasks problem (The most prominent issue) my game isn't modded, only having paid 16 dollars to EA themselves for the weather add on. I tried resetSim <F/N> <L/N>, shift and clicking on the sim to reset them, I even turned automation off. I worked hard for this game and for this to happen is really making me upset.
game dont boot up
first of all sorry for my poor english every time i time i want to open sims4, game starts for 4 sec and crashes no error just closing i tried on steam ea app and epic everywhere the same, i have recent updated windows drivers etc i have no clue what to do. i tried everything from forums and nothing helped
DLC's purchased on Epic

I have a question, I always bought my DLC's on the Origin/EA App but I have a Epic account and I would like to know if I can buy any DLC on there if it connects to the one I already have on the EA App. If anyone can answer this I would be very grateful! Making a shortcut for the Sims 4 on desktop, Epic Games
I am currently trying to transfer the Sims 4 installation from my Epic Games app to my desktop as a shortcut so that I could access the game files and make some fixes to glitchy ui due to mods. However, when searching the net for how to do it, none of the answers this far have been possible for me to do. I am told I must "click the three dots next to the game in my game library and choose Manage". However, when I go and try to do that, there is no such button to be found, my only options being 'go to store page', 'add to favorites', 'add to collection' and the 'time played'. There is no Manage option to be found. Even though I did manage to find the 'Manage Games' tab, the Sims 4 was strangely not listed. Anyone know what the issue might be, what i'm doing wrong?
I lost everything
After not playing the sims 4 for a few months, I opened it as I normally used to do, to my surprise the interface had completely changed, but what caught my attention the most is that there was no option to continue my games nor did any CC detected I particularly noticed that in Documents > Program files > Electronic Arts only a folder called "EA Desktop" appeared when I remember well that there was only a folder of The Sims 4, where I had all my CC and I imagine that the information of the saved games Checking my OneDrive (which I don't use, nor did it let me restore my files from the website) I found the Sims4 folder, however, when I put it back in the path I mentioned above (I downloaded the files and put it manually there) and start the game, the CC still does not appear (even if I activate the option from the game) or my games progress It should also be emphasized that I have the game from epic and clearly I also have the EA I hope someone can help me, thank you very much
