My game want to update but I can't
Hello everyone ! I have a problem with my Sims 4 ! Since two day, I Have these message when I click on play button ! It means "an update is necessary to play the game ! Go to the home page of the game to start the update" ! But when I go to the home page, there is no update button ! I heard that the button appears only when an update is available. So I don't understand ! I tried everything (I think). I used Ea App recovery, Ea Updater, I tried to repair the game, uninstall EA app, update all my mods, disabled all mods, restart my computer... but nothing happened ! The button never appears, I have only the play button ! And sometimes the other sceenshot but nothing happens too.. Is anyone here had these problem and has succeeded to resolve it ? Thank you ^^
Game crashes when trying to travel
I noticed that whenever I wanted my sim to travel somewhere else, the game would load normally but then after a moment it will crash out of nowhere (the plumbob keep moving during this). The crazy thing, I played earlier today and I didn't had this problem at all. I've tried removing my mods and found some that were conflicting with the game's files. I removed them and load the game again and it seemed to work for a few minutes but crashed again.
FIX THIS PLEASE
i purchased 3 kits today expecting to actually be able to use them and the game STILL DOESNT WORK i spent money and can’t even play this is so unfair and frustrating i can’t click on sims and they’re just stuck in a command i told them to do literally 2 days ago i’ve just been getting on to see if they can actually move but no everyday it’s the same :D woohoo this is SO FUN🙄 please fix this it’s so so so stupid that it’s been like this for as long as it has been i’ve seen posts from a month ago explaining the same situation
Error Files
So, there is a problem with my actual files inside The Sims 4 folder in EA. Its not specific folders that have errors, sometimes its the Saves, Thumbnail images, Lastexception, etc. My game is still working as it should but i have had to take all my mods out, reset the game and folder, unistall the sims multiple times, unistall EA/ Epic games, and theres still errors. Im not sure of what the problem is and id like some guidance
