@PipandBee The second result in your screenshot shows that Sims 4 is still installed, but perhaps the EA App isn't reading it. The fastest way to fix the issue is to tell the App to install Sims 4 here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games
The App should see the existing data and simply verify it rather than downloading everything a second time.

Please also let me know how much free and total storage your computer has on its C drive. You can see that by opening a File Explorer window and clicking This PC in the left panel.
