Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

so last time I played sims was around end of January beginning of February and when I tried to play last night, I noticed I was logged out and when I logged back in with my same credentials and loaded the game it's saying I don't own any of the packs I purchased. I bought blooming rooms, moonlight chic, everyday clutter, modern lux, cozy kitsch, and comfy gamer. I spoke to a rep and he couldn't even look up my transaction or my EA history which I find disappointing as it is tech support. if anyone else has had this problem even if you haven't found a solution, I would really appreciate feedback, so I don't feel so alone lol and if you have found a solution, please I'd love to enjoy the kit experience again. thank you

    If your game library isn't showing your add-ons in the EA app, then most likely you're logging into the EA app with the wrong login details. You need to login to the app with the same details that you originally purchased your content on, and you'll see everything available in your library to download and access again.

    Please also check your Order History in the EA app- if your Order History is showing as blank and you're not seeing any previous purchases you've made here, this is another way to verify that you're currently logging into the app with the incorrect login details. 

    I'd recommend checking any emails you have for the email receipt of your purchases so you know which account to login to the EA app to.
