EA Not responding

I've verified my Sims 4 game through Steam twice and done App recovery 3 times but still to no avail. It keeps saying there's an error on the EA app site that is preventing the game from loading. However, I cannot find anything anywhere about there being a problem or an outage of any kind. I've checked the server status several times too. It says everything is up and running find so.... WTF?
