My DLCs are unavailable on the sims game.

I have recently downloaded the newest update and ive had so many issues with the game starting ive been playing tech support on my own pc for the past 3 hours and my head hurts lmao. At first my game would not even load but after sorting my mod folder and uninstalling on steam so it only runs on ea now and it loads up with all my mods and cc there. Now i have loaded my game and i cannot use my dlcs. According to the ea launcher, the add ons are all there but when i launch my game and look at the all my packs activated, they are all marked as unavailable. I have attached screen grabs bellow to show what i mean as i can just not give good explanations lmao. If anyone knows whats wrong please do let me know as just repairing the game on the launcher is not working and there is no where to uninstall the dlcs and reinstall them ty.
