EA play won't launch game
I am using EA Desktop on an HP Windows 10 laptop, and this is the first time that it won't launch my game. I opened the app and logged in like I usually do and when I went to launch my game (Sims 4),...
@idontbelala Just to make sure this isn't a separate issue, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

For most people with this issue, Sims 4 runs fine in Origin but not in the EA App, so you might have something else going on.
Where's a link so I can install Origin? I'm having this same issue with EA, and it seems like nothing works.

All day I've been trying to make my sims work and I finally found a way lol. You want to go to documents<Electronic Arts< Sims 4 <Mods. After you do this, you want to take out all of the CC you've had on your mods folder onto your desktop. Next load into sims 4 (worked for me after taking all CC out) and exit out once it works if you want your CC back. Open your files to the mods folder and create new folders onto the mods (if that makes sense). For instance, add your shirt CC from the desktop folder onto the new folder and try to open up sims 4 again to make sure it's no broken CC and when it's not keep going after all of your CC is back! Broken CC can mess with the gameplay 🙂
@idontbelala I need the entire .txt file, not a screenshot of the first page.
