When i launch sims 4, then after a while will be there a pop-up so ''Were sorry, an error has occurred''. And a description:
We are unable to connect to EA servers to activate The Sims 4 on this computer using your account. Please try again later.
Could you please try adding firewall/antivirus exception for ActivationUI.exe and doing a Clean Boot? The ActivationUI.exe file can be found in the following location in a default installation:
Sims 4: C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4\Game\Bin\Core
